Please note that we have been dealing with delays with our supplies’ shipments, so some of our clubs may not start on the date shown.
The registration process is the same as last quarter’s; once you are done registering, the student will be placed on a waiting list, after reviewing all applications students will be moved to the club’s roster; you will be receiving an email for both events. Confirmation of participation in a club will be sent by Friday, September 20th.
Remember, you can enroll in as many clubs as you want, if they do not overlap.
And, if a student is part of the LEAD Hub, they can join clubs too!

Parent-teacher conferences start soon. Please mark your calendars and plan for our modified schedule. Conferences begin Thursday, September 12, and end Thursday, September 19. Remember, during the conference period, TK through 6th-grade students have early dismissal (TK-K – 1:00 p.m. and 1st – 6th – 1:15 pm). Conference information has been sent home by your child’s teacher. Please know that our teachers will make every effort to meet in person with any legal guardian or parent who has educational rights for a child and that you may also request a follow-up meeting if you have further questions or concerns. back playground gate and a partial view of the playground. During winter break, up to 10 more cameras will be installed. These cameras give a live view as well as records and saves footage.
Traffic is a challenge in our small parking lot. S. Greensview is a busy street. PLEASE SLOW DOWN. Do not use your cell phone while driving in and around the parking lot. The first week of school is always very busy. Please remind your child what lot you will be picking up in.

As a reminder…Please DO NOT park in any red marked areas. These are fire lanes and must be kept clear. Thank you.

Attention Olympic View Families! With a heat advisory in effect from Wednesday to Friday, we’re taking proactive measures to keep everyone safe by modifying outdoor activities, utilizing air-conditioned spaces, and providing easy access to water throughout the day. Keeping our students and staff safe is the our top priority.
We will be postponing the obstacle course fund raiser that was scheduled this Friday to a future date. I will keep you updated when we have a new date. Please be sure to send water with your child to school. Reminder that Gatorade or sports drinks are not allowed in the classrooms. Thank you!

Last week an email was sent out by our superintendent sharing important information on accessing your child’s 2023-24 state testing reports in HAC. The letter is available for review, as well as instructions on how to log in to the Home Access Center. If you continue to have trouble logging in, please contact our front office. Please note that hard copies are not provided by the school and all scores are located in the Home Access Center database.

Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 8:30 am – Join me for Coffee with the Principal in the. We will be discussing volunteer requirements, and conduct our annual Title I school informational meeting.



One of the ways you can support your child and our school is to nominate yourself to be on our School Site Council. We are in need of 3 parent representatives and 1 parent alternate. We meet once a month, on a Wednesday, from 4-5:30 pm. SSC helps make decisions on school safety, and how to spend our funds. We would love to have you! CLICK HERE to learn more about SSC.
