Eastlake High School has changed the start and stop times for the 22-23 school year. Eastlake High will start at 8:30 am. This will greatly impact out traffic in fromt of Olympic View as well. I will be working with our safety coordinator as well as CVPD to discuss ways to eleviate the impact. We will need your help and patience in order to keep our students safe.
Save the Date! Tuesday, July 19, come by school between 5 pm and 7pm to get your back to school packet! You will find out who your child’s teacher will be, sign up to be a member of OPTC, and more!
Your child will not be placed in a class until residency verification has been completed. You should have received a “Snap Code” via email for each of your children that attend OV. If you have not completed this, or did not receive the email, the school office will be open starting July 6 from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.

Olympic View Elementary-A Leader in Me School 
Hi. I’ve been trying to find out how to put in a request/recommendation for a certain teacher for my daughter for next school year. (Basically the same teacher her sister had.) I was told to check the blog. I’ve been checking and still don’t see anything. Please help. Thanks!

I was really hoping the school would have an open house especially for new kindergartners. So they can see their class room meet teacher and know where there things will be placed etc so that their fist day isn’t full of anxiety and uncertainty. My son has never attended any sort or preschool so I would have liked some sort of introduction.

They will do all of this at Kinder orientation the first day of school. Parents attend orientation with students the first day. You will be receiving information soon.

Really!!! That makes me feel so much better and less stressed out. So happy we will get that opportunity that will make my son feel so much better and happier. I will definitely be on the lookout for information on orientation
