Some of our student devices may experience camera issues while using MS Teams. Please note that this is a Microsoft issue and not a device issue. A device swap will not fix it. Our IT department is aware and working with Microsoft on a solution.
Here is a work around until this is fixed by microsoft:
Log into https://www.cvesd.org/
Click on Outlook- DO NOT click on Students. Sign in with student username and password
Then click on the app launcher in the top left corner and find the TEAMS app
Open teams in the Web Browser, not the app.
