Tuesday, Oct. 22 – DAC/DELAC Meeting at the district at the district office, room C. Parent Workshop begins at 11:00 am and the meeting begins at 12 pm.

Thursday, Oct. 24 – CYT Showcase at 7 pm (please note that the Military Night has been postponed due to auditorium conflict. Stay tuned for new date).
Friday, Oct. 25 – Fall Festival from 5 – 8 pm. Join us for food, fun, friendship and frights! We will have a haunted maze, carnival games, inflatables, food, and many vendors! Bring your Eagle Bucks to spend, as they will be discontinued after this event. For accounting purposes, we will no longer be selling Eagle Bucks.

The students had a great time at the culmination of Red Ribbon Week. Public Safety Day was fun and informative! Thank you to the officers who gave their time and knowledge to our students!
Student Council Fundraiser:
At OV, we believe in student leadership. Our Student Council wants to raise money for a water filtration system at school. They created a DonorsChoose page with the help of Ms. Wiseman. Thank you to our Philanthropy Club who is sponsoring Pennies for Patients. Our school goal is $4,000. We have currently raised $1,200 in on-line donations alone. The classroom bags will be counted soon. The last day of the coin drive is Nov. 1.
