This was our first year getting started as a Leader in Me school.  We are in the process of compiling baseline data for our school.  Part of this process is getting feedback from parents, staff and students.  Please help us by taking a short, measurable results survey. This link is for parents only.  Your child (grades 4 – 6) will receive a special link from his/her teacher. We appreciate your help as we move forward to make our school community the best it can be!

After that a random lottery will be held and families will be emailed prior to the start of school whether or not your child has been accepted. Students who are note selected in the lottery will be placed on a wait-list and notified if space becomes available.

Please spread the word.  Also, are you new to the area and need to register?  Would you like to Zone Transfer to OV?  The school office is closed to the public, so registration is happening online.  Questions? email linda.wong@cvesd.org

Current Olympic View  students do NOT need to re-register; they are automatically enrolled for 2020-21. Residency Verification for returning students will be done at a later time (stay tuned). If your child will NOT return to Olympic View in 2020-21, please email linda.wong@cvesd.org

School isn’t over until June 3rd! ALL Olympic View teachers are teaching. To prevent learning loss, and more importantly, keeping your child connected, it is critical for children to be engaged in learning. Please be sure your child is checking in with the teacher and that you are answering teacher emails, dojo, etc.  If you have any questions about Distance Learning, or you need support, please contact your child’s teacher, or Mrs. Lines (lisa.lines@cvesd.org). In addition, CVESD now has Distance Learning packets available for download.

We  have ONE LAST pick up day for student belongings.  Tuesday, May 12 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.  Please drive through the bus loop to pick up student belongings.  Please do no get out of the car.  Have you child(ren) names on piece of paper on passenger side.  You can also return library books or teacher materials.

Register now through May 17 to enter the DASH lottery. Once the registration is complete, the YMCA will hold a random lottery and email families prior to the start of school whether or not your child has been accepted.
