OPTC is asking for donations of small toys, party favors, fun pencils/erasers, individually wrapped candies etc to add to our collection of goodies that will be given out as prizes for carnival games during next week’s Fall Festival Fundraiser! Items can be dropped off in the front office NO LATER than Wednesday 10/19! Signing up is not necessary, but those who sign up will receive helpful reminder emails.

School attendance is a predicator of job success in the future. Please ensure your child(ren) is at school, on time, every day! For every day of school missed, it takes 3 days for children to try and catch up. Please plan vacations, Dr. and Dentist appointments during school breaks.
School attendance is a powerful predictor of student outcomes. In fact, irregular attendance can be a better predictor of whether students will drop out of school before graduation than test scores, according to the US Department of Education.
Our Average Weekly attendance last week was 96%. 98% is the goal. Congratulations to these classrooms who met the weekly goal!
