The district has a new procedure for you to report your child’s Positive home test results. This procedure is for any test you take OTHER than those at the District or Hedenkamp Elementary. Thank you for your support during the ever changing protocols!
- Please use THIS FORM to report your child’s positive case (no need to use this link if you tested at the District or Hedenkamp Elementary).
- If you have already reported your child’s positive case to the COV3 email, there is no need to fill out this form.
*Please DO NOT send your child(ren) to school if they have ANY symptoms.
*Please DO NOT send your child to school if they live with someone who is positive for COVID.
