We need the following two forms turned in by Friday, Dec. 18. These two forms specifically related to our school budget. We are in jeopardy of losing approximately $100,000 in funding that goes directly to our school. If you have not filled out these forms, please take a moment to do so. ALL PARENTS, Regardless of place of employment must return Federal funds are provided to the school district based on the number of students enrolled in our schools whose parents/guardians reside or work on Federal Property or are on active duty in the military. You can either use the link below to send electronically, or you can stop by the office for a hardcopy. When filling out electronically, be sure to indicate Olympic View Elementary in the drop down.
