APEX Fun Run Rain or Shine!

Please read the below information carefully regarding the two different possibilities for the Fun Run!  Option A with no rain, and option B if it does rain.

Hello Parents, 

The Apex Fun Run is tomorrow the 21st and we are so excited!  Our school is raising money for campus beautification. To donate please check out your students “apex lanyard” that was distributed last Tuesday.  All instructions are inside.  To donate go to www.myapexevent.com.  Use the student’s special “access code” printed on their lanyard to log in and enter your information online.  This will help the school and the apex team to keep track pledges.  All pledges must be put online by Thursday night at midnight, so even after the fun run students can get pledges. In anticipation of rain tomorrow we have created two schedules. Schedule A is the normal day schedule without rain. Schedule B is the rainy day schedule.

Here are the run times for schedule A,

Fun Run 1: K 8:35-9:20

Fun Run 2: 3^rd-4^th 9:30-10:15

Fun Run 3: 1^st-2^nd 10:30-11:15

Fun Run 4: 5^th-6^th 11:30-12:15

Schedule B (RAINY DAY)

Fun run 1: K 8:35-9:10

Fun run 2: 3^rd 9:15-9:45

Fun Run 3: 4^th 9:50-10:25

Fun Run 4: 1^st 10:30-11:05

Fun Run 5: 2^nd 11:10-11:45

Fun Run 6: 5^th 11:50-12:25

Fun Run 7: 6^th 12:30-1:05
